All works are custom-made and delivered in digital formats (PNG, MP4, SVG, etc.) within the agreed timeframes at the time of purchase.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, animations, and visual materials generated by Flash Brand™ are the intellectual property of the client once the service has been delivered and paid for in full.
The use of the Flash Brand™ name, logo, or graphic elements is not authorized without prior written consent.
4. Payment terms
Payment for services is made through the means indicated on the website or by direct communication with the Flash Brand™ team.
Once payment is confirmed, the design and production process begins according to the contracted plan.
5. Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
If the customer is not satisfied with the final product, they may request a full refund, which will be processed within 24 hours of the formal request being sent to contacto@flash-brand.com
6. Delivery times
Timeframes vary depending on the type of service:
- Basic Plan: up to 24 hours.
- Pro Plan: up to 48 hours.
- Premium Plan: up to 48 hours.
Flash Brand™ is committed to meeting agreed deadlines, except in exceptional cases of force majeure.
7. Responsibility
Flash Brand™ is not responsible for the misuse of the materials delivered or for indirect damages resulting from their misuse by the customer or third parties.
8. Privacy and data protection
Personal data provided by customers (name, email, telephone, files or brand information) will be used only for the management of the contracted service and will not be shared with third parties without prior authorization.
9. Modifications
Flash Brand™ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, to adapt them to new regulations or service improvements.
The changes will take effect upon publication on the website.
10. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the city of Coquimbo.
